This draft explains the intentions of the MeetTomo project website. It is not a finalized privacy policy for a launched companion product.
Early-stage project · Concept, not a launched serviceThe updates form is an unconnected prototype. Email addresses, roles and consent selections entered into it are not submitted or saved by MeetTomo. Do not enter any information about a child. Hosting services may process technical request data to operate the website.
Before activating an updates service, the project will identify the data controller, purpose and legal basis, processors, retention period, international transfers and contact details. Adults would actively consent to updates and be able to withdraw consent.
A finalized notice will explain GDPR rights, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable and complaints to a supervisory authority. No application accounts or student data collection are offered on this website.
